Delivery & returns
The products are directly shipped by the sellers. market.kheoos.com does not ship any orders except when kheoos is the merchant.
Delivery methods and prices depend on the offer.
Depending on the seller or the format of a product, you may choose one of the following delivery options:
Each merchant has his own means and delivery times, as well as his own shipping costs.
It is therefore possible that for the purchase of several products, several merchants are concerned thus offering you various delivery possibilities (places / rates).
In certain conditions, shipping costs can be offered (according to seller)
At the end of the order, you will receive an order summary email with the delivery information for its follow-up.
Depending on the choice of delivery method (Chronopost, carrier, Fedex, ...) the merchant can contact you to settle the details of the delivery.

The Buyer is required to check the condition of the delivered Products.
In case of damage or loss during transportation, it is the responsibility of the recipient to inform immediately, the seller and at the latest, under penalty of foreclosure, within 24 hours from the delivery so that the seller can exercise any recourse against the carrier.
In the event of non-compliance of the Products with the Order or apparent defect, the Purchaser has a period of seven (7) working days from the delivery to formulate in writing (postal mail, electronic mail, fax) to the Seller any reservations or claims with all the relevant supporting documents (photos in particular).
After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products shall be deemed to comply with the Order and free from defects and any claim as such may not be validly accepted by the Seller.
Any return of the Product must be the subject of a prior formal agreement of the Seller who will issue a return number to the Buyer.
This procedure does not imply any acknowledgment of Seller's liability before analysis of the returned Product.
The Seller will replace (or refund in the event of impossibility of replacement) Products delivered whose defects of conformity or visible defects have been duly noted by the Seller.
Returns charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important information :
Do not forget to ask the carrier for proof of deposit with a parcel tracking to provide proof of shipment to the merchant. In case you return your package with return without tracking and the merchant has not received the goods, you can’t be refunded.
